Abstract:
In the article infl uence of christian tradition is illuminated on forming of law
for Kievan Rus' under the corner of problem of women’s and men’s equality.
From position of gender analysis the progressive value of christian religion is
determinated inrelation to forming of law for Kievan Rus', and also negative
parties that is represented in the ancient Rus' law to legal position of women are
thought over.
