У статті розглянуто дискусійні питання, що стосуються кваліфікації дій замовника
умисного вбивства. Проаналізовано види співучасників, які визначені в чинному КК
України через призму дій, характерних для замовника умисного вбивства. Вказано, що
окремі проблеми кваліфікації дій замовника вбивства не стосуються визначення ролі
такої особи, а відносяться до питань відмежування вбивства, вчиненого на замовлення,
від інших видів умисних вбивств.
Some aspects of intentional murder customer actions qualification are discussed in the
article. The types of accomplices that identified in the current Criminal Code of Ukraine are
analyzed through the prism of intentional murder customer typical actions. It is pointed out that
selected issues of murder customer actions qualification are not connected with the
determination of criminalʼs role, but it is the issues of delineation of murder-for-hire from other
types of intentional murders.
