Abstract

У навчально-методичному посібнику викладено актуальні проблеми функціонування міжнародної правової системи, передумови забезпечення верховенства права в міжнародному співтоваристві, окреслено процеси гуманізації та демократизації міжнародного права. Навчально-методичний посібник призначений для студентів І курсу бакалаврів спеціальності 293 «Міжнародне право» Національного університету «Одеська юридична академія», які вивчають дисципліну «Історія міжнародного права».

The educational and methodical manual describes the current problems of the functioning of the international legal system, the prerequisites for ensuring the rule of law in the international community, and outlines the processes of humanization and democratization of international law. The educational and methodological manual is intended for students of the 1st year of bachelors in the specialty 293 "International Law" of the National University "Odesa Law Academy", who are studying the discipline "History of International Law".
