Abstract:
6-Amino‑2-piperazinylquinazolin‑4-one and 2-piperazinyl‑4-phenylquinazoline derivatives
were synthesized. The analgesic activity of the obtained series of derivatives was investigated and it was found that the synthesized compounds showed high analgesic activity. ED50 values range from 0.46 to 0.88 mg/kg.
