Abstract
The subject of this research is acting mechanism of international legal
regulating of international relations Ukraine – Romania in connection with the
regional integration processes. The author argues that the acting status of the
mechanism of international legal regulating of bilateral relations can serve as an
effective criteria for predicting the legal capacity for regulating avaliable problems
and prevent potential interstate confl icts by the means of international law.
