Психологічні особливості комунікації дітей з розладами аутичного спектру : магістерський дослідницький проект

Abstract

Кваліфікаційна робота – магістерський дослідницький проект на здобуття освітнього рівня «магістр», галузь знань: 05 «Соціальні та поведінкові науки», спеціальність 053 «Психологія». Національний університет «Одеська юридична академія». Одеса, 2024. У кваліфікаційній роботі надано результати дослідження психологічних особливостей комунікації дітей з РАС, в якому брало участь 50 дітей молодшого шкільного віку, з них 27 дітей – мають розлади аутичного спектру (віднесені до І-ої групи), 23 дитини – без порушеного психологічного розвитку (віднесені до ІІ-ої групи дослідження, контрольна група). Проведено теоретичний аналіз шляхів формування навичок комунікації дітей з аутичними розладами. Розроблено програму емпіричного дослідження, в основу якого полягло вивчення індивідуальних психологічних особливостей дітей, які мають розлади аутичного спектру шляхом опитування осіб, дотичних до взаємодії з такими дітками та соціально-психологічного спостереження. Для якісної оцінки комунікативної взаємодії дітей з РАС проаналізовано такі аспекти уміння дитини як: уміння користуватись допомогою; уміння просити про допомогу; мотивація до виконання завдань; міра зацікавленості дитини при виконанні того чи іншого завдання; цілеспрямованість діяльності; самоконтроль; критичність мислення; реакція на отриманий результат; реакція на похвалу; реакція на винагороду; вивчення уподобань дитини; особливості взаємовідносин з дорослим і однолітками. Анкета-опитувальник розроблена на основі вивчення та аналізу наступних методик: тестів розумового розвитку А. Біне-Т. Сімона (варіант Л. Термена), нейропсихологічної діагностики за Лурією, зорово-моторного гештальт-тесту Бендера, анкети М-CHATу Д. Робінсон, шкали оцінювання проявів дитячого аутизму (CARS), шкали розвитку PEP-R і діагностичних методик LEITER-3, ADI-R, CASD, SQR. Вказані методики наразі широко використовуються для діагностики аутизму. Проведено кореляційний аналіз отриманих даних за критерієм рангової кореляції Спірмена та критерієм Манна-Уітні. Представлені дані дають нам інформацію про психологічні особливості комунікації дітей з РАС, які є залежними від ступеня прояву аутистичних порушень. Також проведено аналіз кореляційних зв'язків відносно мовленнєвих функцій І-ої та ІІ-ої групи дослідження, визначено показники процентного співвідношення емоційного стану під час спілкування, показники у сфері вербальної та невербальної комунікації. Аналіз кореляцій дає змогу висунути припущення, що організація корекційної роботи повинна спрямовуватися на усунення порушень мовленнєвих функцій та сенсорної інтеграції. Важливим є те, що якісний розвиток навичок комунікації призводить до зниження ступеня аутизму. Вивчення індивідуальних психологічних особливостей дитини з РАС є необхідним для реалізації ефективної психологічно-педагогічної корекційної роботи.

The qualification work presents the results of a study of the psychological characteristics of communication in children with ASD, in which 50 children of primary school age participated, of which 27 children had autism spectrum disorders (assigned to the 1st group), 23 children without impaired psychological development (assigned to the 2nd group of the study, the control group). A theoretical analysis of the ways of forming communication skills in children with autistic disorders was conducted. An empirical research program was developed, which was based on the study of individual psychological characteristics of children with autism spectrum disorders by interviewing people involved in interaction with such children and socio-psychological observation. For a qualitative assessment of the communicative interaction of children with ASD, the following aspects of the child's skills were analyzed: the ability to use help; the ability to ask for help; motivation to complete tasks; the degree of interest of the child in performing a particular task; purposefulness of activity; self-control; critical thinking; reaction to the result obtained; reaction to praise; reaction to reward; study of the child's preferences; features of relationships with adults and peers. The questionnaire was developed on the basis of the study and analysis of the following methods: mental development tests A. Binet-T. Simon (variant L. Theremin), neuropsychological diagnostics according to Luria, Bender's visual-motor Gestalt test, M-CHAT questionnaire D. Robinson, the Child Autism Rating Scale (CARS), the PEP-R development scale and diagnostic methods LEITER-3, ADI-R, CASD, SQR. These methods are currently widely used for the diagnosis of autism. A correlation analysis of the obtained data was carried out using the Spearman rank correlation criterion and the Mann-Whitney criterion. The presented data provide us with information about the psychological characteristics of communication in children with ASD, which depend on the degree of manifestation of autistic disorders. An analysis of correlations was also conducted regarding the speech functions of the 1st and 2nd groups of the study, the percentage of emotional state during communication, indicators in the field of verbal and non-verbal communication were determined. The analysis of correlations allows us to make the assumption that the organization of correctional work should be aimed at eliminating disorders of speech functions and sensory integration. It is important that the qualitative development of communication skills leads to a decrease in the degree of autism. The study of the individual psychological characteristics of a child with ASD is necessary for the implementation of effective psychological and pedagogical correctional work.
