Аналіз підходів до визначення соціальної сутності та природи влади

Abstract

У статті автори намагаються представити аналіз різних підходів до визначення соціальної сутності та природи влади. Досліджується поліконцептуальність підходів, яка відображається у визначенні влади як невід’ємної частини соціальних та політичних відносин. Розглядається еволюція розуміння концептуальних уявлень про владу в історико-соціологічному процесі. Встановлено, що на кожному етапі історії соціологічної думки існують концептуальні уявлення про владу, в яких акцентується увага на необхідності поновлення соціальної влади, переходу від влади, що контролюється частиною суспільства, до демократії, тобто влади народу. Особливу увагу приділено ролі культури, соціальних норм та ціннісних орієнтацій у процесі функціонування владних відносин. Що більше влада концентрується, то більше обмежується свобода, втрачається соціальна сутність влади.In the article, the authors try to present an analysis of various approaches to the definition of the social nature and nature of power. The polyconceptality of approaches, which is reflected in the definition of power as an integral part of social and political relations, is explored. The evolution of understanding of conceptual ideas about power in the historical and sociological process is considered. It is set that on every stage of history of sociological idea there are conceptual ideas about power, in that attention is accented on the necessity of proceeding in social power, transition from power that is controlled by part of society, to democracy, id est power of people. Particular attention is paid to the role of culture, social norms and value orientations in the process of functioning of power relations. The analysis of history of development of different societies testifies that imperious not relations in itself, but concentration of power creates terms for the different sort of abuses by her, manipulation of democracy, limitation of social freedom, principles and others like that. Than power is concentrated anymore, the freedom is anymore limited, social essence of power is lost.
