Філософські аспекти трансформаційних процесів у сучасній науці

Abstract

У статті розглядаються проблеми розвитку науки в інформаційному суспільстві. З’ясування цих проблем передбачає аналіз особливостей суспільного життя початку ХХІ століття. Констатація визначальної ролі науки потребує роз’яснення, як і ототожнення змісту понять «суспільство знань» та «інформаційне суспільство». Виробництво та використання наукових знань зазнали суттєвих змін завдяки появі інформаційних технологій. Тривають дискусії щодо оцінки впливу інформаційно-комунікаційних технологій на усі сфери життєдіяльності суспільства. Зокрема, К. Шваб назвав наявні фундаментальні зрушення у житті людства «четвертою промисловою революцією», враховуючи взаємодію технологій і соціуму. Водночас є очевидною взаємозалежність процесів модернізації суспільного життя і розвитку інформаційно-комунікаційних технологій. Науковці зробили значний внесок у розробку цифрових технологій. Технології, що забезпечують процес цифровізації, – це великі дані, штучний інтелект, квантові технології, робототехніка, технології віртуальної та доповненої реальності. У зв’язку із накопиченням величезних масивів цифрової інформації у науковій діяльності використовуються технологій «цифрові дані» та «великі дані». Цифрові гуманітарні науки як міждисциплінарна дослідницька платформа виникла у 90-х роках минулого століття. На початку ХХІ століття ІКТ посилюють свої позиції в астрономії та космонавтиці. Йдеться, зокрема, про галузі математичного моделювання, програмування, роботизації, технології обробки й аналізу BD. Застосування технологій BD як пошукових практик надає можливість реалізації нової дослідницької парадигми для великої кількості наукових дисциплін. Нові теоретико-пізнавальні проблеми, зумовлені трансформаційними процесами у науці початку ХХІ століття, потребують філософського аналізу.The article considers the problems of science development in the information society. Clarification of these problems involves an analysis of the peculiarities of public life in the early XXI century. The statement of the decisive role of science needs to be clarified, as well as the identification of the meaning of the concepts “knowledge society” and “information society”. The production and use of scientific knowledge have undergone significant changes due to the advent of information technology. Discussions are underway to assess the impact of information and communication technologies on all spheres of society. In particular, K. Schwab called the existing fundamental changes in human life “the fourth industrial revolution”, given the interaction of technology and society. At the same time, the interdependence of the processes of modernization of public life and the development of ICT is obvious. Scientists have made significant contributions to the development of digital technologies. Technologies that provide the digitalization process are big data, artificial intelligence, quantum technologies, robotics, virtual and augmented reality technologies. Due to the accumulation of huge amounts of digital information, scientific technologies use “digital data” and “big data”. The digital humanities as an interdisciplinary research platform emerged in the 1990s. At the beginning of the XXI century, ICT is strengthening its position in astronomy and astronautics. These include the areas of mathematical modeling, programming, robotics, BD processing and analysis technologies. The capabilities of these technologies should be used efficiently and correctly. New theoretical and cognitive problems caused by transformational processes in science at the beginning of the ХХІ century require philosophical analysis.
