Сучасні європейські патріотичні сили: електоральні результати й інституційні орієнтації

Abstract

Досліджуються перспективи правих політичних сил у сучасному ЄС у контексті їх електоральних результатів й інституційних форм. Встановлюються причини зміни рівня популярності правих та націоналістичних політич- них сил. Надається увага розбіжностям між правими та патріотичними силами і значенню цих розбіжностей для міжпартійної співпраці. Визначається, що в умовах європейської та глобальної інтеграції успіх правих патріотичних сил залежить від можливості переформатування національного порядку денного у комунікаційних посланнях патріотичної традиції. Підкреслюється, що вагомого значення набувають конфігурації патріотичних сил у країнах сучасної Європи, оскільки ця ситуація впливає на сприйняття зусиль України на міжнародній арені. Означено, що просування правих політичних сил на загальноєвропейському рівні свідчить як про актуальність їх політичних програм, так і відповідність комунікаційної стратегії основним потребам населення багатьох країн ЄС. Робиться висновок про оптимальність інституційних форм сучасних патріотичних сил у сучасній УкраїніThe prospects of the right-wing political forces in the modern EU in the context of their electoral results and institutional forms are examined. The reasons for changing the level of popularity of right wing and nationalist political forces are being reviled. Attention is paid to the differences between right wing and patriotic forces and the significance of these differences for inter-party cooperation. It is deter- mined that under the conditions of European and global integration the success of right-wing patriotic forces depends on the possibility of reformatting the national agenda in the communication messages of the patriotic tradition. It is emphasized that the configurations of patriotic forces in the countries of contemporary Europe acquire great importance, since this situation influences the perception of Ukraine’s efforts in the international arena. It is noted that the promotion of right-wing political forces at the pan-European level shows both the relevance of their political programs and the correspondence of the communication strategy to the basic needs of the population of many EU countries. The conclusion is drawn to the optimality of the institutional forms of contemporary patriotic forces in contemporary Ukraine
