Про реінтеграцію Республіки Молдова в умовах політичної модернізації

Abstract

Розглядається важливість реінтеграції Придністров’я зі спеціальним статусом до складу Республіки Молдова. Повне возз’єднання Молдови є одним з основоположних пріоритетів молдавських властей. Реінтеграція – єдина можливість возз’єднання держави та збереження єдності. Крім того, вона є важливою умовою політичної модернізації. Підкреслюється, що успіх модернізації залежить від можливості вирішення існуючих проблем, таких як відсутність політичного прагматизму в політичної еліти, слабкість інститутів державного управління, економічна криза, корупція та бюрократія, соціальна напруженість у суспільстві. Формулюється думка про те, що для подолання внутрішньої нестабільності необхідно підвищувати рівень участі громадян у політичних процесах, їх інформованість, посилювати модернізаційні підходи до їх вирішення. Усе це дасть змогу реалізувати намічені плани щодо реінтеграції Республіки Молдова та успішно завершити реформування держави.The importance of the Transnistria’s reintegration with a special status within the Republic of Moldova is analyzing. The full reunification of Moldova is one of the fundamental priorities of the Moldovan authorities. The reintegration is a unique opportunity of the state reunification and preservation of the unity. It also is an important precondition for the political modernization. It is emphasized that the modernization success depends on possibility to resolve existing problems. Among them are: the lack of political pragmatism among the political elite, weak governance institutions, economic crisis, corruption and bureaucracy, social tension in society. Is formulated opinion that, in order to overcome the internal instability should enhance the participation of citizens in political processes, there awareness and strengthen the modernization approaches to their solution. All these will allow to implement plans for the reintegration of the Republic of Moldova and successfully complete the reform of the state.
