Abstract
В статье проводится сравнительно-правовой анализ соотношения рентных договоров с другими гражданско-правовыми договорами, обосновывается мнение о самостоятельности данной правовой конструкции, сделаны предложения по усовершенствованию действующего законодательства.
In the article the comparative analysis of correlation of the rent contracts with other civil law contracts is conducted, opinion of independence of this legal construction is grounded, suggestions on the improvement of current legislation are given.
