Розуміння нелінійності особистості в постнекласичній раціональності

Abstract

Поява ідеї розгляду нелінійності особистості в сучасному науковому дискурсі зумовлена переходом науки від класичного до некласичного і постнекласичного етапів її розвитку. Парадигмальні зрушення, що вимагають змістовно-смислової експлікації поняття «особистість» в певному дискурсі пов’язані із синергетичною дослідницькою програмою і формуванням складного та нелінійного стилів наукового мислення. Оскільки існує низка підходів до філософсько-методологічного дослідження цього поняття, то можна говорити і про низку ускладнень, адже розуміння поняття «особистість» показує нам багатоманітність своїх смислів у залежності від того як і до чого ми будемо цей термін застосовувати. Саме через це і не існує єдиного визначення поняття особистості, яке можна було б застосовувати відносно різних контекстів. Проте методологічний ракурс, через який відбувалося дослідження дав цілісне уявлення про розуміння нелінійності особистості в сучасному науковому дискурсі, тобто відбувається переосмислення класичного розуміння цього поняття. На основі нелінійного підходу до розуміння відношення «людина – суспільство – світ» розкривається нелінійність кожного з компонентів цього відношення та їхній взаємовплив один на одного. З’ясування проблемного спектру терміну «особистість» в статті здійснювалося на основі вивчення класичних та сучасних досліджень. Серед сучасних дослідників в статті. особливо виділено ідеї О. Князевої, С. Курдюмова, Г. Нестеренко. З’ясовується значення розуміння нелінійності особистості в сучасній постнекласичній раціональності та досліджується методологічний потенціал нелінійного підходу до розуміння особистості. На основі синергетичного та нелінійного підходів виведено розуміння нелінійної особистості як активного суб’єкта відношення «людина – суспільство – світ», який здатен до самоорганізації, саморозвитку, саморегуляції, самоаналізу та самореалізації, і має складний нелінійний стиль мислення.The emergence of the idea of considering the nonlinearity of personality in modern scientific discourse is due to the transition of science from classical to non-classical and post-classical stages of its development. Paradigmatic shifts that require semantic explication of the concept of "personality" in a certain discourse are associated with a synergetic research program and the formation of complex and nonlinear styles of scientific thinking. Since there are a number of approaches to the philosophical and methodological study of this concept, we can talk about a number of complications, because understanding the concept of "personality" shows us the diversity of its meanings depending on how and to what we apply this term. That is why there is no single definition of personality that could be applied to different contexts. However, the methodological perspective through which the study took place gave a holistic view of the understanding of nonlinearity of the individual in modern scientific discourse, that is, there is a rethinking of the classical understanding of this concept. The nonlinear approach to understanding the human-society-world relationship reveals the nonlinearity of each component of this relationship and their interaction with each other. Rethinking the classical understanding of the concept of "personality" as a system of certain mental qualities of the individual, determined by human involvement in specific social, cultural, historical relations, etc., reveals a nonlinear interpretation of personality. Among modern researchers, the article highlights the ideas of O. Knyazeva, S. Kurdyumov, G. Nesterenko. The importance of understanding the nonlinearity of personality in modern post-classical rationality is clarified and the methodological potential of the nonlinear approach to understanding personality is investigated. Based on synergetic and nonlinear approaches, the understanding of nonlinear personality as an active subject of the relationship "man-society-world", capable of self-organization, self- development, self-regulation, self-analysis and self- realization, and has a complex nonlinear style of thinking.
