Особливості етнополітичних інтеграційно-дезінтеграційних процесів: теоретико-методологічні засади дослідження

Abstract

Виокремлено особливості процесів етнополітичної інтеграції та дезінтеграції. 1) Об’єктивний характер, оскільки етнополітична інтеграція та дезінтеграція супроводжують процес еволюції та розвитку етносу та держави як етнополітичного організму. 2) Взаємопов’язаність, взаємообумовленість та трансформацію одне в одного (на перший погляд, дезінтеграція та інтеграція взаємовиключні, але глибокий аналіз їх суті, особливостей та прикладів підтверджує те, що взаємодія інтеграції та дезінтеграції є одним з джерел розвитку етнополітичної системи. Це дає підстави розглядати державу як етнополітичну систему, яка перебуває у стані дезінтеграції, інтеграції або ж рівноваги. 3) Залежність процесів етнополітичної інтеграції та дезінтеграції від політичних, геополітичних, економічних, соціальних та інших внутрішніх та зовнішніх факторів. Виявлено аналог концепції «холодної і гарячої етнічності» у вітчизняній етнополітології у вигляді парадигми політизації етнічності та встановлено можливості застосування цих методів і теорій для дослідження інтеграційно-дезінтеграційних етнополітичних процесів.The peculiarities of the processes of ethnopolitical integration and disintegration are found out. 1) Objecive character, as ethnopolitical integration and disintegration accompany the development of the ethnos and the state as an ethnopolitical organism. 2) Interrelation, interdependence and transformation into each other (at first sight, disintegration and integration are mutually exclusive concepts, but an analysis of their nature, features and examples confirms that the interaction of integration and disintegration is one of the sources of the development of the ethnopolitical system. An ethnopolitical system may be in a state of disintegration, integration or equilibrium. 3) The dependence of the processes of ethnopolitical integration and disintegration on political, geopolitical, economic, social and other internal and external factors. An analogue of the concept of "cold and hot ethnicity" in the Ukraininan ethnopolitology as a paradigm of the ethnicity politicization is revealed as well as the possibilities of using these methods and theories for the study of integration and disintegration ethnopolitical processes are indicated.
