Abstract
The basic decisions of concept of administrative process are investigational
in the article. Plenty of various positions of scientists is analysed. The special
attention is spared to conceptions of the wide and narrow understanding the concept
of administrative process. It is noticed that discussions round understanding
of concept of administrative process have the continuation, but only conception
in a home doctrine does not exist practically.
