Функціональна спрямованість судової діяльності у кримінальному процесі України

Abstract

The article is devoted to the research of the problem of functional orientation of the court activity in the criminal procedure of Ukraine. The author makes a conclusion that the court activity in the criminal procedure is characterized by such criminal procedural functions: 1) justice; 2) judicial review, 3) enabling function; 4) the function of the criminal procedural coercive measures enforcement; 5) organizational function, 6) the function of the criminal prosecution termination; 7) corrective function.
