Роль видатної особистості у процесі виникнення первісної держави

Abstract

У статті розглядаються теоретичні аспекти становлення первісних державних утворень, що спираються на два головних напрямки, навколо яких сформовані теорії виникнення держав: перший відстоює позиції надприродного створення всього сущого; другий напрямок ставить у центр світобудови людину, розглядаючи її як найвищий щабель еволюції, яка у своєму прагненні до самовдосконалення може змінювати світ на краще. Основна увага зосереджена навколо наступних проблемних питань: чи існує прямий зв’язок між видатними особистостями та процесом виникнення первісної держави й чи існує яка-небудь закономірність у такому взаємозв’язку. Для пошуку відповідей автор пропонує розглядати процес державотворення схематично, з’ясовуючи головні критерії успішності та роль видатних особистостей на кожному з етапів. Коротко проаналізовано вітчизняне державотворення і роль видатних особистостей у створенні давньої середньовічної держави «Київська Русь».The article deals with the theoretical aspects of the ormation of the primitive state formations, which are based on two main directions around which the theory of the emergence of states is formed: the first defends the position of supernatural creation of all things; the second direction puts the person in the center of the universe, considering it as the highest level of evolution which in its quest for self-improvement can change the world for the better. The focus is on the following problematic issues: Is there a direct link between prominent personalities and the process of origin of the primitive state and whether there is any pattern in such an interconnection. To find answers, the author proposes to consider the state-building process schematically, clarifying the main criteria for success and the role of prominent personalities at each stage. A brief analysis of the national state-building and the role of prominent personalities in the creation of the ancient medieval state "Kievan Rus".
