Abstract

In the article on the basis of provisions of the Criminal Code, the Code of Administrative pravonasheniyah proposed a new version of the section XV of the General Par t of the Criminal Code, t h e c h a n g e s a r e c o n s i s t e n t w i t h o t h e r sections of t h e C r i m i n a l Code, m a k e it possible to use all t h e capacity of t h e proposed s a n c t i o n s of t h e C r i m i n a l Code of U k r a i n e , w i t h t h e essence of t h e rinciples of h u m a n e a n d i n d i v i d u a l i z a t i o n of c r i m i n a l p u n i s h m e n t of j u v e n i l e s .
