Abstract
В статье рассматриваются функции СМИ, которые они выполняли в советский период, анализируется функциональная концепция СМИ, предложенная американскими учёными. Исследуются функции СМИ, которые они выполняют в современный период. В результате анализа, автором предлагается выделять общие и специальные функции СМИ, а также исследуется их содержание.
У статті розглядаються функції ЗМІ, які вони виконували в радянський період, аналізується функціональна концепція ЗМІ, запропонована американськими вченими. Досліджуються функції ЗМІ, які вони виконують в сучасний період. У результаті аналізу, автором пропонується виділяти загальні та спеціальні функції ЗМІ, а також досліджується їх зміст.
The article explains the function of the media, which they performed in the Soviet period, analyzes the functional concept of the media offered by American scientists. We study the function of the media, which they perform in the modern period, namely informational, organizational. The author analyzes them in the context of the constitutional and legal science, otgranichavaya them from the related but not identical functions of media studies injournalism, political science and other sciences. As a result of analysis, the author proposed to allocate general and specific functions ofthe media, for a more detailed analysis ofthe media as well as study their contents.
У статті розглядаються функції ЗМІ, які вони виконували в радянський період, аналізується функціональна концепція ЗМІ, запропонована американськими вченими.
