Abstract
У статті окреслено теоретичне й методологічне підґрунтя лінгвістичної експертизи в справах про вияви мовленнєвого екстремізму в публічній комунікації. Це комплексне лінгвістичне дослідження, яке вимагає застосування низки формалізованих методів, співвідносних із когнітивними моделями юриспруденції.
