Abstract

В данной статье автор рассматривает высший орган власти и управления Гетьманщины второй половины XVIІ – XVIIІ ст. Особое внимание уделяется составу, компетенции, порядку проведения заседаний и месту генерального старшинского совета среди других высших государственных органов Гетьманщины второй половины XVIІ – XVIIІ ст.The supreme body of power and administration of Getmanshchina in the second half of the XVIІ – XVIIІ centuries is considered by the author in this article. Special attention is paid to the structure, competence, order of conducting the sessions and positions of general seniors council among other higher state bodies of Getmanshchina in the second half of the XVIІ – XVIIІ centuries.
