Abstract
In the article attention is accented on the necessity of introduction of concept
«Legal life» for terminology of legal science which will help to perfect its tool, and
consequently to increase possibilities of successful decision of tasks which stand
before it. As to such understanding of general object of legal science, consideration
of the legal phenomena as articles of legal theory as between them and in the system,
does not answer practically none of those, that took place, legal categories,
a category is offered «legal life».
