Abstract
On the basis of system approach, the author proves the necessity to broaden the scopes of scientific research and to distinguish the constitutional implementation of international agreements in whole as an independent component of general national implementation of international and legal norms. In this connection, the author fully examines the mechanism of constitutional implementation of international agreements, marks out its legal, organizational and functional components.
