Філософський світогляд як умова формування граничного рівня буття особистості нотаріуса

Abstract

Філософський світогляд дозволяє максимально можливо, настільки на це здатна людина, використовуючи можливості абстрактно-понятійного способу мислення, розширити світ кругозір завдяки тому, що відкриває всі здобутки пізнавальної діяльності людства. В такому разі з’являється можливість досягнути єдності змісту індивідуальної свідомості, яка формується сучасністю та її потребами, зі змістом знань, вироблених історією пізнання. Як наслідок, людина долає обмеженість буденного буття тим, що відкриває для себе невичерпне джерело духу попередніх поколінь, які вже не тяжіють над нею в якості звичних традицій, а, навпаки, надихають на звершення тим, що є водночас відкриттям простору свободи мислення. Крім того, людина перестає сприймати абстрактне як щось відчужене як від неї самої та її сьогоденних потреб, так і від здобутків видатних мислителів минулого, які, як виявляється, працювали на неї, на наступні покоління, врешті, на все людство в його поступальному розвитку. Так утверджується тяглість поколінь не лише засобами збереження традицій минулого, але, що більш важливо, тяглість зусиль тих суб’єктів пізнання, які усвідомлювали вічність не лише в плані збереження матерії та енергії, але й вічність інформації як нагальної потреби людини, яка починає розуміти своє призначення як постійний процес подолання меж буденності, як і меж, що їх створюють граничні вимоги професійного буття. У статті розкривається вплив філософського рівня мислення на подолання світоглядної обмеженості, властивої звично-традиційному буденному буттю людини як головним чином природно-соціального індивіда, що дозволяє їй піднятись на якісно вищий рівень буття, яким є її буття в якості особистості. Знайомство з напругою мислення, яку формує філософія, є необхідною умовою для такого особистісного способу життя.Philosophical worldview allows as much as possible, so capable of man, using the possibilities of abstract- conceptual way of thinking, to expand the world outlook due to the fact that it opens all the achievements of cognitive activity of mankind. In this case, it is possible to achieve the unity of the content of individual consciousness, which is formed by modernity and its needs, with the content of knowledge produced by the history of knowledge. As a result, man overcomes the limitations of everyday life by discovering the inexhaustible source of the spirit of previous generations, which no longer weigh on him as a habitual tradition, but, on the contrary, inspire to accomplish what is at the same time the opening of space of freedom of thought. In addition, man ceases to perceive the abstract as something alienated from himself and his present needs, and from the achievements of prominent thinkers of the past, who, as it turns out, worked for him, for future generations, and finally for all mankind in its progressive development. This affirms the longevity of generations not only by means of preserving the traditions of the past, but, more importantly, the longevity of the efforts of those subjects of knowledge who realized eternity not only in terms of conservation of matter and energy, but also the eternity of information as an urgent human need. appointment as a constant process of overcoming the limits of everyday life, as well as the limits created by the extreme requirements of professional life. The article reveals the influence of the philosophical level of thinking on overcoming the worldview limitations inherent in the habitual-traditional everyday life of man as a mainly natural and social individual, which allows him to rise to a qualitatively higher level of being, which is his being as a person. Familiarity with the tension of thinking, which is formed by philosophy, is a necessary condition for such a personal way of life.
