Abstract
Стаття присвячена дослідженню англійських термінів-композитів фахової мови кардіології. Аналізуються терміноелементи грецького й латинського походження та їх вплив на формування англійських кардіологічних термінів, а також визначено найбільш продуктивні міжнародні терміноелементи, які входять у структуру слів-композитів англійської кардіологічної термінології.
The given article deals with the investigation of English compound terms of cardiology. Terminological elements of Greek and Latin origin, their influence on the formation of English cardiologic terms and the most productive international terminological word components, which belong to the structure of compound words of English cardiologic terminology are being analysed in the article.
