Формування та оцінювання кадрового потенціалу ІТ-підприємства : бакалаврська робота

Abstract

Кваліфікаційна робота на тему “Формування та оцінювання кадрового потенціалу ІТ-підприємства” на здобуття першого (бакалаврського) рівня вищої освіти за спеціальністю 073 Менеджмент, галуззю знань 07 “Управління та адміністрування”, містить 3 рисунки, 15 таблиць, 58 джерел за переліком посилань. Робота виконана на 56 сторінках загального тексту і 45 сторінках основного тексту. Метою роботи є дослідження теоретичних засад формування та оцінювання кадрового потенціалу ІТ-підприємства, а також розробка практичних рекомендацій щодо підвищення ефективності управління персоналом на прикладі ТОВ «Люксофт-Україна». У роботі розглянуто сутність і методи оцінки кадрового потенціалу ІТ-підприємства. Охарактеризовано діяльність підприємства, досліджено структуру персоналу, показники кадрового забезпечення. Запропоновано заходи щодо вдосконалення системи мотивації, розвитку професійних компетенцій працівників, підвищення ефективності рекрутингу, адаптації персоналу та впровадження цифрових HR-інструментів. Результати дослідження можуть бути використані ІТ-компаніями для підвищення ефективності управління людськими ресурсами, забезпечення конкурентоспроможності підприємства. Можливими напрямами подальших досліджень є аналіз впливу цифровізації та штучного інтелекту на формування кадрового потенціалу ІТ-підприємств, а також розробка адаптивних моделей управління персоналом в умовах нестабільного зовнішнього середовища.

Qualification work on the topic “Formation and Assessment of the Human Resource Potential of an IT-enterprise” for obtaining the first (bachelor's) level of higher education in the specialty 073 Management, field of knowledge 07 “Business administration”, contains 3 figures, 15 tables, 58 sources according to the list of references. The work is performed on 56 pages of general text and 45 pages of the main text. The purpose of the work is to study the theoretical principles of the formation and assessment of the human resource potential of an IT enterprise, as well as the development of practical recommendations for improving the efficiency of personnel management using the example of LLC “Luxsoft-Ukraine”. The work considers the essence and methods of assessing the human resource potential of an IT enterprise. The activities of the enterprise are characterized, the structure of the personnel, and the indicators of personnel support are studied. Measures are proposed to improve the motivation system, develop professional competencies of employees, increase the efficiency of recruiting, adapt personnel, and implement digital HR tools. The results of the study can be used by IT-companies to improve the efficiency of human resources management, ensuring the competitiveness of the enterprise. Possible areas of further research are the analysis of the impact of digitalization and artificial intelligence on the formation of the human resource potential of IT-enterprises, as well as the development of adaptive models of human resource management in an unstable external environment.
