С.; Danylenko, Yuliia S.Адміністративне оскарження є основним позасудовим способом захисту публічних прав, свобод та законних інтересів приватних осіб, значущість та ефективність якого невиправдано недооцінюється у вітчизняній правозастосовній практиці. До основних переваг адміністративного оскарження прийнято зараховувати оперативність, мінімальна формалізованість, безоплатність, економічність та результативність. Водночас, практична реалізація наведених переваг та загальна ефективність адміністративного оскарження вимагає належної нормативної регламентації.. Правове регу лювання адміністративного оскарження законами України «Про адміністративну процедуру» та «Про звернення громадян» відрізняється, передусім, в частині визначення та змісту права на адміністра тивне оскарження, предмету оскарження, строків для подання скарг, суб’єктів розгляду скарг та процедури розгляду скарг, що неодмінно створюватиме численні правозастосовні проблеми. М.; Стец, Олег Николаевич; Stets, Oleh M.In the prevailing era, the positive effect of using the media, especially computers, is not hidden from anyone and based on this, the use of multimedia in teaching English can play a significant role because of the various possibilities that the use of multimedia. In this regard, it can be effective in increasing the amount of learning as well as recall. For this reason, in this study, an attempt has been made to investigate the impact of computer use on learning and teaching English lessons among students of Ukraine University and a more apparent reason for claiming the positive effect of computer use in education, especially language teaching. A descriptive-analytical method is used to meet the aim of the study. V.The article is devoted to the study of ways to replace state service positions in quarantine, established to combat COVID-19. Attention is drawn to the impossibility of full-fledged replacement of state service positions as a result of the application of existing methods of replacement of state service positions (competition and transfer). The changes introduced during the quarantine in the replacement of state service positions are analyzed: suspension of the competition, suspension of the provisions of Law № 889 on competition, completion of announced competitions, appointment to state service positions by concluding a contract. In order to correct the identified problems and shortcomings in the replacement of state service positions during the quarantine period, changes and additions to current legislation are proposed. One of the criteria for compliance is the developed economy, which ensures the interests of the state as a whole and of each member of society separately. For many years our state has been trying to take its "place in the sun" where all its citizens will do well, and everyone will be able to meet his or her needs, despite the fact that they all are different. Ukraine, like almost all post-Soviet states, refers to developing countries, and this factor must necessarily be taken into account when building the modern economy of the country. The economic welfare of a person is determined by many socio-economic factors, such as: level and quality of life, the provision of necessary vital goods, the amount of wages agreed with the necessary and desirable needs. The most important indicator of economic prosperity is the level and quality of life. It is the quality of life that determines the level of provision, the abundance not only of individual citizens, but also of the country, of the nation as a whole. The definition of "welfare" should be traditionally understood as the correspondence between the volume of goods and the volume of needs, the level of implementation of which depends on the level of their manifestation, which is formed under the influence of both internal and external factors, and the financial support necessary for their satisfaction. Factors influencing the presence or absence of welfare and determining its level can be divided into: subjective –psychological features, upbringing, education, environment, outlook, mentality, and objective –the urgent problems of time, the dominant ideology, the type of economic system, economic expectations and the impact of scientific and technological progress. The urgency of the study of the feasibility of the welfare economics is stipulated by the urgent need to improve living standards through the implementation of the specified model of economics in Ukrainian society, which is currently in a deep protracted crisis, constantly faced with the difficulties of the transition period, the emigration of the ablebodied population and other factors that negatively affect the level of life of the population.Документ Participation of Civil Society Institutions in Civil Service Competitions(Hampstead Psychological Associates, 2020) Магновський, Ігор Йосифович; Магновський, І. В.; Негара, Родион Витальевич; Nehara, Rodion V.Currently, in Ukraine, attempts of civil society institutions to participate in public problem solving seem to be unsuccessful, including in competitions for vacant civil service posts. Reevaluation of their functional role in the competition is considered to be one of the main tasks of development of democratic governance. The purpose of this article is to determine possible ways to improve efficiency of interaction between Ukrainian civil society institutions and public administration subjects in competitions for vacant civil service posts; to define a single concept of governance humanization and democratization and to offer specific recommendations on reforming citizen participation in competitions for vacant civil service posts in Ukraine. During the research, general and special methods of scientific knowledge were used: system analysis method, dialectical method, formal logical method, and structural functional method, as well as certain empirical methods. The authors came to the conclusion on poor interaction between public administration subjects and civil society institutions in competitions for vacant civil service posts in Ukraine. The positive effect of new forms of public involvement can be improved by promotion of e-participation of citizens in the public administration. Free access to electronic reflection of any public administration subject’s activity is believed to simplify public involvement in making decisions. The results of the research seem to be interesting and useful for national legislators and public administration subjects against actualized tendencies in democratization and humanization of administrative processes.
