Трансформація політичних партій в Україні

Abstract

Розглядається трансформація політичних партій у політичному процесі України. Партійна боротьба має різний характер і залежить від особливостей функціонування політичного режиму. Відзначається, що рівень партійної конкуренції залежить від ідеологічного фактору, який впливає на інтенсивність політичної боротьби. Акцентується на тому, що важливим критерієм дослідження трансформації суб’єктів політики є індекс ефективної кількості партій для вимірювання кількості впливових політичних партій. Підкреслюється, що індекс ефективної кількості партій вказує на кількість партій, їх порівняну вагу й обчислюється на підставі визначення розміру підтримки, яку має кожна партія під час парламентських виборів в Україні. Для аналізу ефективної кількості політичних партій та розуміння локального політичного процесу важливо враховувати частку голосів виборців, які проголосували за місцеві осередки політичних партій на виборах до регіональних органів влади.

The transformation of political parties is examined in the political process of Ukraine. The party struggle has a different character and depends on the peculiarities of the political regime. It is noted that the level of political competition depends on the ideological factor that affects the intensity of the political struggle. The attention is focused on the fact that an important criterion of the study of transformation of political subjects is the index of the effective number of parties to measure the number of influential political parties. It is emphasized that the index of effective number of parties indicates the number of parties, their relative weight and is calculated based on the determination of the amount of support that has each party during the parliamentary elections in Ukraine. For the analysis of effective number of political parties and understanding of the local political process it is important to consider the proportion of voters who voted for the local branches of political parties on elections in regional authorities.
