dc.description.abstractThe article examines the opportunities of using the axiology of law as a methodological approach to jurisprudence. It is suggested that dominate within a particular worldview and cultural and civilizational values such as an external representation of the methodological approach defined in the system of law and the state. This reading of the axiology of law requires the consideration of law and the state as open systems. The conditions of interaction of axiology as a methodological approach similar to the role of other similar phenomena (anthropology, philosophy, culture, etc.).ru_RU
