Роль і значення наративу в сучасних гібридних конфліктах

Abstract

Розглядаються роль та особливості наративів як одних з основних інструментів впливу на суспільну свідомість та конструювання реальності в сучасних гібридних конфліктах. Визначено характерні риси ведення інформаційних воєн, де протистояння зміщується в інформаційно-комунікаційне середовище й психоемоційну площину, перетворюючи її на повноцінну арену бойових дій. Досліджено вплив наративів як основоположних невійськових чинників могутності держав на внутрішню та зовнішню політику в умовах конкурентного середовища. На нашу думку, наративи володіють потужною деструктивною силою для суспільств і держав через такі основні особливості, як сугестія, статичність, вірулентність, конфліктність, дисперсність, мобільність. Відсутність контрольованого інформаційного поля, кризових іміджевих стратегій, нездатність влади реагувати на інформаційні провокації спричиняють уразливість до зовнішніх маніпуляцій суспільною свідомістю та громадською думкою, унеможливлюють здійснення ефективної внутрішньої й міжнародної політики, ставлять під загрозу економічну, політичну та воєнну безпеку держави.The role and features of narratives as one of the main tools for influencing public consciousness and constructing reality in modern hybrid conflicts are considered. The characteristic features of conducting information wars are determined, where the confrontation is shifted to the information and communication environment and psycho-emotional plane, turning it into a full-fledged arena of combat operations. The influence of narratives as the main non-military factors of power of states on internal and external politics under conditions of competitive environment is investigated. In our opinion, the narratives have a powerful destructive force for societies and states through such basic features: suggestion, static, virulence, conflict, dispersion, mobility. The lack of a controlled information field, crisis image strategies, the inability of the authorities to respond to information provocations cause vulnerability to external manipulation of public consciousness and public opinion, make it impossible to implement effective domestic and international policies, jeopardize the economic, political and military security of the state.
