Особливості формування репутаційного капіталу держави як феномена сучасного політичного життя

Abstract

Розглянуто особливості формування репутаційного капіталу держави як вагомого конструкту та потужного політичного інструменту для здійснення зовнішньої та внутрішньої політики державою. З’ясовано специфіку феномену репутаційного капіталу держави. Особливу увагу приділено питанню визначення репутаційного капіталу, чинникам його формування та етапам здійснення успішного репутаційного менеджменту. Встановлено, що репутаційний капітал держави конструюється та реалізується із ціллю отримання переваг над іншими учасниками політичних, соціальних, економічних та інших процесів, а також задля ефективного вирішення завдань держави на міжнародній арені. Доведено, що формування позитивного репутаційного капіталу держави – це один із вагомих процесів здійснення ефективного управління нею, адже від нього залежить рівень зовнішніх інвестицій, укладання взаємовигідних договорів та загального розвитку та благополуччя всієї держави.

The peculiarities of forming the reputation capital of the state as a powerful construct and a powerful political tool for the implementation of foreign and domestic policies by the state are considered. The specificity of the phenomenon of reputation capital of a state is revealed. Particular attention is paid to the issue of definition of reputation capital, factors of its formation and stages of successful reputation management. It is established that reputation capital of the state is constructed and implemented with the purpose of obtaining advantages over other participants in political, social, economic and other processes, as well as for the effective solving of state tasks in the international arena. It is proved that the formation of positive reputation capital of a state is one of the important processes of effective management of it, because it depends on the level of foreign investment, the conclusion of mutually beneficial agreements and the overall development and welfare of the entire state.
