Abstract

In the article the analysis of u n d e r s t a n d i n g of categories is carried out i n t e r n a t i o n a l crime» and « t e r r o r i s m » t h r o u g h t h e p r i s m of historical d e v e l o p m e n t of i n t e r n a t i o n a l criminality. A conclusion is done, that individual international criminal responsibility is one of facilities which an i n t e r n a t i o n a l law aims to c o u n t e r a c t t h e repressive political mode. International criminal justice can become an i m p o r t a n t link in the international-legal m e c h a n i s m of defence of h u m a n rights.
