Abstract
The article is devoted to consideration to the problem of piracy in the field of intellectual property. Exceptional rights for an author are the object of piracy, and by an object it is necessary to count the copies of works (including computer programs and databases), phonograms, videogramme and programs of organizations of broadcasting, which become as a result of violation of rights for authors on them unlicensed.
