dc.description.abstractThe transformation processes regarding the application of the principle of non- discrimination in the European Court of Human Rights decisions are considered in the article based on the on examples of specific cases. The complexity of the evolutionary path towards a modern interpretation of relevant elements of the «discrimination» concept by the Court is emphasized. Attention is drawn upon the positive trend in expanding the boundaries of discrimination to include its indirect forms. The conclusion is made that despite obvious achievements, the formal approach of the Court should undergo forced modification in order to properly match the dynamic strengthening on the global rejection of any form of discrimination.ru_RU
