Інституціональна концепція злочинності як методологічна теорія

Abstract

In this article the author examines the methodological issues of formation and development of the institutional theory of crime in terms of economic, sociological and politological institutionalism. The conclusion is made that the institutional approach to crime is currently gaining particular importance, given that the lifestyle and behavioral standards are formed within the framework of social institutes, which are based on social practices. Under the conditions of social disorganization and anomie, social practices are being deformed and criminalized, as consequently are the social institutes.
