Abstract

Стаття присвячена визначенню можливостей укладання міжнародної угоди про режим морських портів. Розглядається генеза намагань створення такої конвенції, зауважуються можливості застосування рекомендацій ЮНКТАД щодо вироблення єдиного підходу до визначення режимних правил морських портів.The article is devoted to the definition of the possibility of concluding an international agreement on the regime of se a ports. The genesis of the efforts to establish such a convention is bein considered and the possibilities of applying UNCTAD’s recommendations for developing a unified approach to the definition of regime regulations of sea ports are noted.
