dc.description.abstractThis article investigate a question concerning an internal organization of the Maritime Arbitration Commission at the Chamber of Commerce in Ukraine. The basic principles of internal organization of the Maritime Arbitration Commission as an autonomous structure, which operates under the provisions of that part of the Law of Ukraine «On International Commercial Arbitration». The article analyzes the internal organizational structure and describe all of its components. The report analyzes the powers and legal status Chairman and his deputies, the Bureau, Secretariat and arbitrators. It is concluded that the internal organization of Maritime Arbitration Commission combining specific features of the internal organization of the NGOs and the internal organization of the government bodies.ru_RU
