| dc.description.abstract | In the article is analyzed of becoming the functions of the prosecutor's offi ce to protect the rights of juveniles before and after the Judicial Reform of 1864. Concludes that such activities in the pre-reform Russia did not stand out from the total activity. Following the adoption of legal regulations prosecutors were given the complex power in the study area within the criminal and civil proceedings, but the purpose of their activity was not asserting the rights of juveniles, but defence of legality in general. | ru_RU |
