Зміна соціокультурного простору

Abstract

У статті здійснена спроба теоретичного аналізу впливу глобалізаційних процесів на сучасне суспільство. Місто традиційно розбудовувалося з дотриманням професійної і політичної стратифікації, тому місце проживання часто було визначальним у професійній стратифікації особистості. Система професійної освіти також дотримувалася цього принципу. Процес глобалізації порушив сталу систему стратифікації, сформувавши умови для мобільних змін. Суспільство втрачає можливість надання гарантій того, що професія, якою людина оволодіває тривалий час, у найближчому майбутньому не зникне. Автоматизація виробництва створює передумови прискореного навчання і професійної мобільності. Поява технічних можливостей швидкого подолання географічного простору і передання інформації в режимі реального часу в кінці XX ст. сприяють формуванню нової соціальної системи стратифікації. Найважливішим соціальним наслідком глобальної просторової рухливості є також утворення такого рівня соціокультурних взаємодій, який не залежить від простору, точніше від локальних культурних, нормативних та інших умов. Ідентичність особистості вже не так міцно прив’язана до характеру праці, освіти чи місця проживання. Навіть гендерна і вікова стратифікація втрачають суттєвий вплив на формування особистості. Людина отримує можливість самостійно визначати, ким вона хоче бути. Але таке звільнення в сучасному глобальному світі має зворотний бік, яким є посилення невизначеності, ризиків, відповідальності за власні дії. Будь-яка свобода – це відповідальність за прийняте рішення, тривога від очікування результату, який залежить від обраного самою людиною способу життя та ідентичності. Як наслідок, колективна відповідальність у суспільстві скорочується, однак особиста зростає. Це штовхає людину до об’єднання на основі общинного зв’язку в модернізованому вигляді, де просторова відстань не зникає, а перетворюється у віртуальну. Сучасна соціокультурна структура, утворена індивідами або організаціями з домінантою горизонтальних зв’язків, нагадує за своєю будовою ризому.

The article is an attempt to make the theoretical analysis of the impact of the processes of globalization on the concept of a modern society. Traditionally the development of the city presupposed the observance of the principle of professional and political stratification. That is why the place of residence was often considered as the dominant feature of the professional stratification of the individual. The same principle formed the basis of the system of professional education. The process of globalization has broken the sustainable system of stratification by creating conditions for mobile changes. The society can no longer provide full guarantees that the profession, the individual has been acquiring for a long time, will not disappear in the near future. The automation of production creates preconditions for accelerated training and professional mobility. The appearance of new technologies in the end of the 20th century, which enabled the processes of quick covering of the geographical distances and transfer of information in the real-time mode, contribute to the formation of a new social system of stratification. Besides, The most important social consequence of global spatial mobility is the formation of such a level of socio-cultural interactions that does not depend on space, to be more precise, on local cultural, normative and other conditions. The identity of a personality no longer has that strong association with the nature of work, or type of education, or place of residence. Even gender and age stratification start losing their essential impact on the formation of a personality. The latter acquires the opportunity to independently determine who he or she wants to be. But such a release has a reverse impact in the modern global world. It may give rise to uncertainty, risks and responsibility for the activities performed by the personality. Any freedom means that the personality takes responsibility for the decisions taken, worries about the results achieved that depend on the lifestyle and identity that have been chosen. As consequence, the collective responsibility in the society shrinks, while the individual one increases. This fact pushes the personality to unite with others on the ground of the modern community-based ties, where the spatial distance, while not disappearing, gives space to its virtual equivalent. The modern socio-cultural structure, formed by individuals or organizations with a predominance of horizontal connections, resembles a rhizome in its structure.
