Abstract

The monograph, submitted to the review, is the first research in Ukraine, which systematically addresses the most urgent issues of the implementation of state administrative influence on emerging, changing and terminating social relations in the coastal waters of Ukraine. The monograph is written on a high theoretical level and is completed in its entirety a work in which new scientifically grounded results are obtained, its the conclusions will be significant for the development of the science of administrative law, and the provisions and proposals can be used for law-making and law enforcement activities. The monograph will be useful to scholars, legislators, lawyers, practitioners, teachers, postgraduates of legal universities, students and everyone, who is interested in the implementation of administrative jurisdiction Ukraine in coastal waters.
