Історико-правовий підхід у методології дослідження діяльності спецвідділу «Вінета» Міністерства просвіти і пропаганди Райху на окупованих українських територіях

Abstract

У статті розкриті ключові аспекти історико-правового підходу в методології дослідження діяльності спецвідділу «Вінета» міністерства просвіти і пропаганди Райху на окупованих українських територіях. Визначено сутність, ознаки та структуру історико-правового підходу в дослідженні діяльності спецвідділу «Вінета». Даний підхід дає змогу виявити: а) причини, форми та наслідки деформації правової свідомості українців під впливом тотальної нацистської пропаганди; б) висвітлити соціально-політичний феномен колабораціонізму через призму конформізму як соціально-правової норми поведінки українців в умовах німецького окупаційного режиму; в) причини, форми та специфіку прояву протиправної поведінки українців в умовах панування злочинного нацистського режиму. У межах дослідження автором визначені основні принципи історико правового підходу в методології дослідження проблеми пропагандистської діяльності спецвідділу «Вінета», такі як принцип темпоральності, принцип відносної завершеності та структурності процесів розвитку об’єкту (предмету) пізнання, принцип аберації, принцип відповідності об’єкта дослідження соціально-культурному історичному контексту та інші.

The article proves that the historical-legal approach in research methodology is a major component of the historical and legal paradigms of scientific knowledge. It is based on a system of general scientific and special principles and methods of organization and construction of theoretical and cognitive activity in the field of study of state and legal reality in historical retrospect. The article contains the key aspects of the historical and legal approach to the methodology of extension of the special “Vineta” of the Ministry of Education and propaganda of the Reich on the occupied Ukrainian territories. There is a pimple, signs and structure of the historical and legal approach together with the history of the special work of “Vineta”. The pedhidic data can be influenced: a) the reasons for and the appearance of deformities in Ukrainian legal capacity as a result of growing total Nazi propaganda; b) the social and political phenomenon of collaboration through the prism of conformism as social and legal norms of Ukrainian behavior in the minds of the German payback regime; c) the reasons for and specifics of the manifestation of anti-Ukrainian legal behavior in the minds of the evil Nazi regime. Within the framework of the previous publication, the author has outlined the basic principles of historical and legal approach to the methodology of extension of the problems of propaganda activities of the “Vineta” special forces as well as the principle of temporality, the principle of comprehensive completion and structure of the processes of development of the object of study, the principle of aberration, the principle of the knowledge of the object of study and the principle of the social and cultural heritage context and initiative.
