dc.description.sponsorshipTherefore, the reform of national labour legislation should take into account all factors that affect the state of occupational safety and health in the presence of existing or new production risks. Ratification of ILO Convention No. 187 will create legal conditions for improving compliance with occupational safety and health in Ukraine and the use of ILO control mechanisms for the implementation of international labour standards.
