Віртуальна реальність у контексті постмодерністського філософування

Abstract

У статті представлений розгорнутий аналіз такого поняття, як «віртуальна реальність», у контексті постмодерністської філософської думки. Указано, що ця проблематика ввійшла в соціокультурну дійсність на початку ХХІ століття разом із проривом у технологічній сфері інформаційних технологій, надбання яких стали доступними широкому колу споживачів комп’ютерної техніки (від інженерів-проектувальників до любителів комп’ютерних ігор – дітей і дорослих). Досліджено специфіку феномену віртуальної реальності як суми можливостей, що безконфліктно створюють нематеріальну цілісність. Виявлено, що характерною особливістю цифрової симуляції є ефект безпосередньої присутності в момент взаємодії та сприйняття суб’єктом пізнання нереального світу (як об’єкт реальний, а не просто мислимий). У контексті наукового дослідження розглядаються основні методологічні підходи до зв’язку явища віртуальної реальності з теорією симулякрів. У процесі наукової розвідки виявлено термінологічне значення віртуалізації і симуляції сьогоднішнього суспільства, в онтологічній площинні якого втрачається стійкість соціальних структур та виникає роздвоєність антропологічного буття, дуальність людського світу, адже тілесне людини продовжує жити в реальному світі, тоді як духовне своїм буттям переміщається у сферу володарювання симуляції. Також у статті аналізується онтологічна специфіка віртуальної реальності. Показано, що віртуальна реальність розглянута через призму постмодерністської філософської думки, є феноменом, який не має ознак матеріального, є джерелом відмінності й різноманіття, життєвим простором, що «вигодувала» та виховала людину і який має онтологічний зв’язок із морфологією буття. Відображено, що онтологічні особливості віртуальної реальності має сенс позначати через характеристики подібності, відмінності, різноманіття та інтерактивності. Саме ці особливості в їх сукупності є необхідними і достатніми для визначення віртуальної реальності. При цьому інтерактивність розглядається як ключова ознака специфікації віртуальної реальності.

The article presents a detailed analysis of such a concept as "virtual reality" in the context of postmodern philosophical thought. It is indicated that this issue entered the socio-cultural reality at the beginning of the XXI century, along with a technological breakthrough in the field of information technology, the possessions of which have become available to a wide range of consumers of computer equipment from engineers – designers to fans of computer games – children and adults. The specifics of the phenomenon of virtual reality as the sum of possibilities that create intangible integrity without conflict were also studied. Accordingly, it was found that a characteristic feature of digital simulation is the effect of direct presence at the time of interaction and perception of the subject of knowledge of the unreal world as an object that actually exists, not just conceivable. In the context of this research, the main methodological approaches to the connection of the phenomenon of virtual reality with the theory of simulacra are considered. In the process of scientific exploration, the terminological significance of virtualization and simulation of today’s society was revealed, in the ontological plane of which the stability of social structures is lost and the bifurcation of anthropological existence, the duality of the human world arises. After all, the human body continues to live in the real world, while the spiritual by its being moves into the realm of domination of simulation. The article also analyzes the ontological specifics of virtual reality. It has been shown that virtual reality, viewed through the prism of postmodern philosophical thought, is a phenomenon that has no material features and is a source of difference and diversity, a living space that "nurtured" and educated man, and which has an ontological connection with the morphology of life. It is shown that the ontological features of virtual reality make sense to denote through the characteristics of similarity, difference, diversity and interactivity. It is these features in their entirety are necessary and sufficient to determine virtual reality. In this case, interactivity is considered a key feature for the specification of virtual reality.
