Abstract
У статті висвітлюється процес формування конституційно-правових засад функціонування державної служби в Україні. Автор аналізує конституційно-правовий механізм забезпечення управління державною службою з огляду на євроінтеграційні процеси та модернізацію інституту державної служби.
