Особливості розвитку інноваційної економіки в умовах боротьби з коронавірусною інфекцією COVID-19

Abstract

Метою статті є аналіз підходів до визначення інноваційної економіки, дослідження її складників та надання оцінки її впливу на розвиток виробництва. Проаналізовано стратегічні документи, які окреслюють державну політику в напрямі розвитку інноваційної економіки, зокрема положення: Стратегії сталого розвитку «Україна – 2020», Цілей сталого розвитку України на період до 2030 р., Стратегії розвитку сфери інноваційної діяльності на період до 2030 р. Підкреслено, що саме інноваційна економіка ґрунтується на інноваційному розвитку і дасть змогу Україні зайняти місце серед розвинених держав світу. Інноваційна економіка дає змогу залучити надресурси, нематеріальні, а саме інтелектуальні, яке потім уже комерціалізуються, тобто мають конкретне вартісне вираження. Аргументовано, що ідеї напряму не перетворюється на товар, ідея може бути етапом створення (модернізації, удосконалення) інноваційного товару або складником ціноутворення інноваційного товару. Визначено, що інноваційний розвиток завжди пов’язаний з інвестиціями, залученням значних коштів для створення цього інноваційного продукту або технологічних процесів. Своєю чергою, можна говорити, що інновації дають змогу зменшити собівартість продукції, можуть призвести до її здешевлення, зробити той чи інший товар більш конкурентоздатним. Головна теза – виробництво, що продукує інноваційний продукт або продукт, який має окремі інноваційні складники, це на першому етапі вартісне виробництво, а здешевлення вже відбувається у подальшому. Доведено, що саме людина, яка займається впровадженням інновацій, дає змогу суспільству змінюватися, постійно підвищуючи вимоги до продуктів (це і багатофункціональність чи універсальність), роблячи їх більш сучасними.

The aim of the article is to analyze the approaches to the definition of innovative economy, study its components and provide an assessment of its impact on the development of production. The strategic documents outlining the state policy in the direction of development of innovative economy are analyzed, in particular provisions: Strategies of sustainable development «Ukraine - 2020», Goals of sustainable development of Ukraine for the period till 2030, Strategy of development of sphere of innovative activity for the period till 2030. It is emphasized that the innovative economy is an economy based on innovative development, will allow Ukraine to take a place among the developed countries of the world. Innovative economy allows you to attract super-resources, intangible, namely intellectual, which is then commercialized, ie have a specific value. It is argued that the idea is not directly transformed into a commodity, the idea can be a stage of creation (modernization, improvement) of an innovative product or a component of pricing of an innovative product. It is determined that innovative development is always associated with investment, attracting significant funds to create this innovative product or technological processes. In turn, we can say that innovations can reduce the cost of production, can lead to cheaper prices, make a product more competitive. The main thesis is that production that produces an innovative product or a product that has certain innovative components is, at the first stage, cost-effective production, and the reduction in prices is already happening in the future. It has been proven that it is the person who is involved in the implementation of innovations that allows society to change, constantly increasing the requirements for products (this is versatility or versatility), making them more modern.
