Abstract

У статті проаналізовано вільні ліцензії Creative Commons. Розглянуто концепцію вільних ліцензій як прояв руху вільної культури. Вивчено основи дії ліцензій Creative Commons у системі авторського права.In the article the free licenses of Creative Commons are analyzed. The concept of free licenses is considered as a manifestation of the movement of free culture. The basis for the validity of Creative Commons licenses in the copyright system are studied.
