Права приватної особи в умовах пандемії COVID 19: проблеми здійснення та захисту : монографія

Abstract

У монографії досліджуються актуальні проблеми, пов’язані з реалізацією та захистом прав приватної особи в умовах пандемії. Колективом авторів проаналізовано проблеми обмеження прав приватної особи в умовах пандемії, захисту особистих немайнових прав, зміни, що виникли у сфері регулювання договірних відносин під час пандемії, особливості підходів до регулювання медичної та фармацевтичної діяльності, роботи нотаріату та судів. Монографія переслідує мету розробити цілісну концепцію вирішення численних правових проблем, що виникли у зв’язку з кризою, зумовленою пандемією. Монографія розрахована як на наукових та науково-педагогічних працівників, так і на практикуючих правознавців, а також стане на користь кожному, хто стикнувся з проблемами здійснення та захисту прав приватної особи в умовах пандемії COVID-19.

The monograph examines current problems related to the implementation and protection of the rights of a private individual in the context of a pandemic. The team of authors analyzed the problems of restricting the rights of a private person in the conditions of a pandemic, protection of personal non-property rights, changes that occurred in the sphere of regulation of contractual relations during the pandemic, peculiarities of approaches to the regulation of medical and pharmaceutical activities, the work of notaries and courts. The monograph pursues the goal of developing a holistic concept for solving the numerous legal problems that have arisen in connection with the crisis caused by the pandemic. The monograph is intended for both academic and scientific-pedagogical workers, as well as legal practitioners, and will also be useful to anyone who has faced the problems of exercising and protecting the rights of a private person in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic.
