У навчально-методичному посібнику викладено основні теоретичні питання імплементації концепції міжнародного права розвитку в сучасне міжнародне право. Описано базисні теорії розвитку, методи визначення рівня розвитку держав, сформовані в міжнародній практиці. Розглянуто підходи до міжнародного права розвитку та визначено основні положення, що постулюються в рамках цієї концепції різними авторами. Розкрито аспекти концепції міжнародного права розвитку. Навчально-методичний посібник містить тестові завдання та практичні задачі, які сприятимуть поглибленню знань, ефективному застосуванню норм міжнародного права розвитку. Посібник призначений для здобувачів вищої освіти денної та заочної форми навчання закладів вищої освіти.

The teaching and methodical manual outlines the main theoretical issues of implementing the concept of international development law into modern international law. Basic theories of development, methods of determining the level of development of states formed in international practice are described. Approaches to international development law are considered and the main provisions postulated within the framework of this concept by various authors are defined. Aspects of the concept of international development law are revealed. The educational and methodological manual contains test tasks and practical tasks that will contribute to the deepening of knowledge and the effective application of norms of international development law. The manual is intended for students of full-time and part-time higher education in higher education institutions.
