Легітимація знання та розуміння тенденцій освітніх процесів

Abstract

Стаття присвячена аналізу структури процесу легітимації знання, за допомогою якого можна зрозуміти причини змін, що відбуваються в сучасній освіті. Автор окреслює сучасний спосіб легітимізації знань, відповідає на запитання: чому логічні та філософські знання є необхідним підґрунтям сучасної освіти, розглядає яким чином суспільний запит на критичне мислення легітимізує ці знання. Завдяки застосуванню системного підходу, запропонованого А. І. Уйомовим, створюється системна модель легітимізації. Показано, що субстратом системи легітимізації знання є вся сукупність інформації, що виробляється людством, життєві запити, практичні потреби. Структурою системи є механізми легітимізації знання, тобто процедури, завдяки яким інформація, що набувається, визнається знанням; завдяки яким усвідомлено виробляється саме знання; процедури, які визнають особу такою, яка виробляє та передає знання тощо. До цього рівня відносяться принципи та методи наукового пізнання, процедури присудження кваліфікацій різного рівня (магістр, кандидат наук тощо), вимоги до навчальних програм, уявлення про раціональність, яка є основою західноєвропейського типу мислення та багато інших процедур. Це – реляційна структура. Обгрунтовано, що концептом системи є норми та цінності, що є актуальними в певний історичний період часу в межах певних соціальних інститутів, та які визначають місце, значимість знання в соціальній системі в цілому, тобто ті якості (у загальному вигляді), які повинні мати знання. В статті зазначається, що у поняття легітимації знання обов’язково включається проблема передачі знання, освіти. Простеживши тенденції зміни концепту легітимації освіти, ми з’ясували, що ціннісні орієнтації сучасної освіти полягають у тому, що освіта має бути практичною, результативною, доступною з точки зору економічного, соціального та часового ресурсів. Крім того, продемонстровано, що зміна концепту легітимації освіти призвела до зміни розуміння того, яким мають бути знання, тобто до зміни концепту легітимації знання. Концепт легітимації знання як системи включає в себе цінність якісного, правильного, аргументованого мислення, ці вміння можуть забезпечити вивчення філософії та логіки. Але сьогодні попит на філософські та логічні знання формується як запит навчання критичному мисленню. Отже, введення дисципліни «Критичне мислення» є формою легітимації філософії та логіки в навчальному процесі.

The paper analyzes the structure of legitimation process knowledge to help you understand the reasons for the changes occurring in modern education. The author outlines the modern way of legitimation knowledge, answering the question: why logical and philosophical knowledge is a necessary basis for modern education, examines how public inquiry into critical thinking legitimizes this knowledge. By applying a systematic approach proposed by A.I. Uyomov, a system model of legitimation is creating. It is shown that substrate system legitimation of knowledge is the totality of the information produced by mankind, life needs and practical needs. Structure of the system are the mechanisms of legitimation of knowledge, that is the procedure by which information is acquired, recognized knowledge; whereby the knowledge are consciously made; procedures to recognize such a person, who produces and transmits knowledge etc. This level includes the principles and methods of scientific knowledge, procedures for the award of qualifications at different levels (Master, PhD, etc.), requirements for training programs, the idea of rationality, which is the basis of Western way of thinking and many other procedures. This is a relational structure. It is proved that the concept of the system is the norms and values, that are relevant in a certain historical period within certain social institutions, and which determine the place, the importance of knowledge in the social system as a whole, that is the quality (in general), who must have knowledge . The article states that the concept of legitimation of knowledge must include the issue of transfer of knowledge and education. Following the trends in the concept of legitimation of education, we found that the value orientation of modern education consists in the fact that education should be practical, effective, affordable in terms of economic, social and time resources. Also it has been demonstrated that change in the concept of legitimation of education has led to changes in understanding of what knowledge should be, that is to change the concept of legitimation of knowledge. The concept of legitimation of knowledge as a system includes the value of qualitative, correct, reasoned thinking, these skills can provide the study of philosophy and logic. But today, the demand for philosophical and logical knowledge is shaped as a demand for teaching critical thinking. Therefore, the introduction of the discipline " Critical Thinking" is a form of legitimation of philosophy and logic in the educational process.
